My ticket was booked in Florida and I was told that the coach I booked did not exist but I could get on the coach which was due. The driver refused to take me and told me to get another ticket even although the supervisor said it was ok. I was told I had 3 minutes to get a further ticket and that I should run. the driver did not wait and I had to pay 40 pounds for the new ticket. Very disappointed

The journey time was long, took over 4 hours Gatwick to poole, but the service ran perfectly on time. The drive's communication was poor (at his choice), only asnswering in one word answers, ignored my thanks on leaving the bus and had an incident of 'road rage' in which he used very loud and foul language towards another diver in the road, there was a young child sat directly behind him. Other than this the journey was smooth and I would consider using the service again.
