Bus late due to earlier accident on the motorway so totally understood. Staff at desk v helpful and driver etc brilliant. Coach comfy. Definitely choose Coach rather than train in future. Be good if litter behind each seat could be removed before the journey as food etc. Maybe cos bus late and making up time on this occasion.

My ticket number is PTBL2082. I was supposed to take your bus from Brighton to Worthing at 20:15 on October 14 but that bus never showed up. I was left stranded in an area where no one was available to help. Eventually I had to find an alternative way to get to Worthing at an extra charge. I should get refunded because of this poor service.
