It was easy to find the bus station, we left (almost) on time, and the seats were fine. The only thing we didn't like was that we chose our seats ahead of time but got assigned random seats anyways. They also charged us (twice) for luggage storage on the bus.

Awful. We missed the bus because we didn’t know there was a time difference (our problem) but when we asked to change our bus to the same bus a few hours later, they said no and were very not friendly in Villazon.
