The stuff was very friendly. But compared to my last 3 months in Southamerica I had better buses. The aircondition was too cold!! There were no toiletpaper in the toilet, no charger for the phone, no food (there were always food and some softdrinks in the last trips)

I selected ejecutivo class om your web page only to to find semi cama on my ticket. The bus was not clean, aircondition way too cold, so cold my neck muscles became sore. Noissy video's were played on the tv passed 12 o clock at night. Even though we selected a direct tickets we had to change busses at 07:00 The time we should have arrived at salta.

Flecha bus is the worst company I had in Argentina. I would not recommend it. The bus was disgusting, packed with mosquitos inside. The aircon somehow was not on during the day but full on at night...and the best is that my seat seemed to be broken so I could not even recline it correctly. Was also supposed to be direct but somehow they transferred me to another bus at the end. No toilet paper or soap in it...
