Bus Tickets from London Heathrow Airport to Reading

The bus was fine. But finding the bus wasnt. On the ticket it had the national express symbol and said bus stop 9. At bus stop 9 there were no signs. We saw one sign that said national express busses were at the central bus station 10 minutes away, so we walked there. But then we are told it was back where we were but rail air bus stop 11/12. So we walked back to the other bus stop, and 100m away was indeed the correct place. All this for not putting the correct bus stop on the ticket.

Easy. I had no trouble and was dropped off and picked up right outside Terminal 5. My first time using this but it worked for me.

Wrong bus , staff at Heathrow had no idea , where the bus stopped or how we could get into Reading. Overall a total nightmare. How about having informed staff , including drivers .

Not only was the bus late, but I was also told that it wouldn’t be stopping at Reading. It took 10 minutes to resolve the situation and persuade the staff that it should, as timetabled, stop at Reading.

Booking destination said Reading but was in fact the ParknRide stop, 20mins from Reading town. The staff would not allow me to change bus to Reading Station without buying a whole new ticket.

Friendly welcome from the driver even though the bus was about twenty minutes late. Good service. Polite staff

Well the bus destination was not clear, the bus was late and the information board showed a different time to my tkt
