good evening, I want to make a complaint about the national express company, I had a ticket, I was at the station and the bus did not stop
Booked from Sheffield (Meadowhall) to London Victoria Buss No. NX426 departure at 17.10 but no National Express bus NX426 came at Sheffield (Meadowhall) and only Bus 561 cames only.
I don't understand why I was sold a ticket in the lobby with the inscription "not valid for travel" and why I had to wait for the driver to check me in as the last person in the queue. Otherwise, I was satisfied with the ride and I thank the driver for taking me despite the discrepancies on the ticket.
