I started my journey in Hammersmith. This was a bus stop by the side of an extremely busy road. There were four seats! The only good thing was that there was a shelter from the pouring rain. I am a pensioner and had to stand for nearly an hour. I do understand about that traffic can affect timing. And the driver did apologise. The bus started the journey at Victoria Coach station which has full facilities. I don't understand why my booking was from Hammersmith. It is no what I requested. If I do not receive a satisfactory reply, at the very least I will post a complaint on your Facebook page.
I really experienced excellent service and comfort during my journey. Thanks. On board toilet service should be open all the time. Once again I expressed my thanks and gratitude to National Express. Keep it up. Go ahead. All the best.
