2h delay in a cold environment,
This company is a joke. Different sources mentioned three different places for the bus stop in Narbonne, and when I called the customer service they told me to first go to bus station, then train station, and when I asked WHICH station, they said they don't know. All they told me that the bus was 45min late, but without information on where I need to go to get it. When I kept asking which station is in question, the customer service hung up. I ended up taking a train since I couldn't trust the whole bus even exists, after the terrible service I received.
