God bless your company
In general, it was nice to join Ontario Northland bus.
Best ride so far.
It’s been a few time taking the bus am I’m always very satisfied
Was a very lovely trip. The bus driver was very nice and professional
Very good service. Great driver.
Very sastified and love the cost
It was a good experience. Gor me where I wanted to go on time. I enjoyed my other bus ride over this one since I had tge wifi with Northland but not the greyhound and as a student I would of liked to continue doing my work online. Overall good experience.
Ur bus should have plugs and wifi ir customers , I'm very sad ur service sucks poorly
Better than expected
Overall, it is good.
Excellent driver, very professional.
Too many stops on the way! 7,25 hours to cover a distance done in 5,5 hours by car. Two "pit stops" lasted 40 and 30 minutes, for a total of 70 minutes. That is not counting the other six "stop and go". We were only 15 passengers on the bus, seven reaching Sudbury. We had what looked like an old bus. Not "modern" at all. With bad road conditions, mostly in all those "side streets" of the towns we went through, the ride was quite rough. Whenever the driver spoke on the intercom, I could not decipher what was said. For the price ($51 one way), it is not too bad. I gave a 4! I could have given a 3. So, the 90 minutes of "stoppage time" is what is the most annoying.
Messed up my plans completely
Lack of electric outlets on the trip back vastly worse. At one point I was taking up two seats asleep and the driver didnt wake me up and instead moved a couple of passengers around and I got bad looks from the passengers after I woke up due to the incompetence of the driver
Great service, courteous staff and comfortable ride
We arrived early and the bus driver was great!
Great service and reliable staff. The bus was clean, warm and comfortable. The wifi, however, was inconsistent, and I had to re-connect to it at least once every half an hour
Great. Need more roots.
Long trip from Ottawa to Sudbury. Smelled like poop and urine the entire trip. That's all. Staff was great though!
The stops ...Petawawa and North Bay...not good!! I am a senior. I need washroom facilities without a long wait in line. At North Bay I wanted a coffee, tea, healthy snack
Superb service and I look forward to traveling with Greyhound! :-)
