The bus was meant to leave at 12.30 but left just before 5pm. We had to keep asking the man in the util office if it was arriving and he offered no apology just said it was delayed each time. When the bus arrived he didn’t let anyone know it was the correct one we had to ask

Bus was late almost 2hours.Website is very poor.First I print out my ticket then I had to exchange on the day travel in the office bus station.Staff was not speak in English at all.very frustrating.better rent a car.
