The drivers were lovely and price is good, but the bus seats were very uncomfortable. It was managable on the way there but on the way back it was painful. They were clearly not designed for anyone above average height (no lower back support at all). Also the usb ports didn't work to charge my phone at all. My cable works fine, maybe the ports just don't output enough power. Wifi was very weak, if there at all, but that's something I wasn't counting on regardless.

Diabolical, the bus didn't even go to York it went to Malton only, I had to get a train at three times plus the price!

The bus broke down. They sent a replacement 45 minutes later then didn't let us on it. We had to wait for the next bus which was full and I spent the journey stood up.
