And also at Birmingham station the staff misguided me to wrong bus . When i reached at victoria station the staff were not helpful to find another bus.
I am very disappointed of the staff.
I will never use national express seevice again.

Bus delayed by accident on road which wasn't the drivers fault but when we got to Victoria Station. Had to wait 20 minutes to try and get ticket change for onward journey to Heathrow. Heathrow Airport bus driver was so rude and awkward about the ticket exchange. Hope its better for the return trip.
