People sleeping on 2 seats and i had to walk up and down inside the bus as some of them didnt want to make space next to them. I know it winter but heater were just something else. The bus was 2 hours and 15 min late in Bloemfontein and experience mechanical trouble could not reach their destination. Had to stop unannounced in Uitenhage. Passengers without water and food had to wait for hours on the side of the road. Without any feedback from greyhound. Some passengers without money and with phones that was not charged due to the delays was stranded. It was really a frustrating /scary experience.
