Nothing impressive at all, the bus was supposed to leave at 11:55pm but it left at 3am and i was late for my appointments because i arrived very late , i failed my clients because i was late with 3 hours.
1. The bus was late. 2. The driver got lost, took a route to Cape Town when we were actually going to Port Elizabeth. 3. We were stranded for several hours in the middle of nowhere because the bus broke down. The trip was extremely unpleasant, hot, exhausting, and will never recommend it to anyone I love.

When the bus arrives more than 2 hours late there were no place for me to sit and they have to move children on to the parents labs. I am really very disappointed in the overall service.
To be honest I was very disappointed in Vilamora because I love it and I know it offers good service but I was very disappointed in it.

I did not enjoy a thing about the trip instead we were very traumatized ,instead of leaving taurism centre at 11:55 we left at 2 :55 the rout of the bus was not the one i expected , i thought it was strait to PE because the ticket says we arrive at 8am , but we arrived at 15:50 because the Bus had to via Grahamstown ,100 % inconvinieced very disappointed and dissatisfied,
It was late by over 3 hours. That is not ok, especially because I was travelling with a child. The drivers were nice people.
