The seat was fine , the charging port did not work and we had a few fellow passenger that sang to himself preventing sleep... and no service from anyone on the bus during the ride for questions ... but good service with luggage

What I enjoyed is that the driver were driving so good and we arrived at our destination at time. I had a hard time with the seats my back was aching, but I layed back a little bit. But I don't like the long route we taking it's terrifying to sit for 12hours.

Kindly put off the TV as it is not playing, the TV light is totally disturbing especially at nite when one try to sleep

1st of all I was waiting on eagle liner bus it never arrived then I was told to take intercity no notification no sms .worst part not to be infoelrmed that the bus will be late

Sadly the bus was several hours late. Delays happen and there was some basic communication between the operator and the client. Though finding which bus was actually going to PE proved trickier. Many of their buses remained empty and stationary.

Bad Services,bus was very late,almost 2 hours late. No reason was also given why bus was late. I arrived 2.5 hours later at my destination.

The bus was 7hours late and we did not receive any formal communication from greyhound on what the issue was.

The bus was 2 hours and 15 min late in Bloemfontein and experience mechanical trouble could not reach their destination. Had to stop unannounced in Uitenhage. Passengers without water and food had to wait for hours on the side of the road. Without any feedback from greyhound. Some passengers without money and with phones that was not charged due to the delays was stranded. It was really a frustrating /scary experience.

When the bus arrives more than 2 hours late there were no place for me to sit and they have to move children on to the parents labs. I am really very disappointed in the overall service.

To be honest I was very disappointed in Vilamora because I love it and I know it offers good service but I was very disappointed in it.

I booked bus as per information on the ticket misleading me that I can manage to be at work on time and I have signed the warning letter at work due to late come!
