I booked bus as per information on the ticket misleading me that I can manage to be at work on time and I have signed the warning letter at work due to late come!
Drivers was loading bedding, couches, crockery and got paid cash from outside customers on drop off point on our way to Port Elizabeth.. Absolutely unprofessional... 😡 There wasn't even space for our passengers on board the bus for the luggage.. 😡😡
Very dissatisfied with driver when inquiring if I am on the right bus because the route did not seem right. Also being late from beginning to breaking down, and four hours later than should have been was not a good experience

We genuinely had a terrible experience.
Dissatisfied because we travelled with an open door the whole night.Due to a faulty door.which made my stay in the bus uncomfortable and the fact that I had a sinus problem made it worse for me because all that wind affected me.
The ride was pleasant however the bus was a bit cold and the light was quite disturbing. The bus driver made us listen to his music of choice which was not really pleasant
The bus is not clean as it used to be. It will be appreciated if the toilet is clean twice per trip. I was traveling with a child (9) who has needs and we had to sit separately in the bus because the bus was full and other people where sleeping on both chairs.
