Booked a Mainliner and got Budget liner so definitely did not get my money’s worth. Ow this was not the first time this happened.
Users have shared positive experiences with the bus service, highlighting friendly and professional drivers, clean buses with pleasant scents, and punctual arrivals. However, some passengers noted discomfort due to closely spaced seats affecting legroom and neck support. Additionally, there were occasional delays in departure times despite timely arrivals at destinations.
The passenger in front of me kept pushing the chair back. Which made less room for my legs and made my legs painful. Besides that and the bus arriving 30 minutes late the experience was good.

I was very happy with bus 803, the heaters were on unlike the other one I used. But charger ports are not working and it fetched us late. But nice traveling because we arrived on time even though it was late for departure
