Bus from Johannesburg to Bloemfontein: Tickets & Timetables

Normalise putting parents with young children at the bottom half of the bus, so they don’t make noise or inconvenience other passengers especially the ones seated on the top half of the bus.

It was superb. The bus was clean and the drivers were patient with us. I will book the bus again

I like that it was punctual. I did not enjot the ride because there was a drunk man disturbing us

Very Nice , but there was no toilet . Regardless, the drivers were so kind and polite . They also showed respect and patience against their customers.

I didn’t enjoy anything about the bus we had to endure a bad smell through out the journey I even ended up having headache

I liked that the bus was on time. It was absolutely awful that the bus had no working air condition for the whole trip A plastic bag for trash would've been appreciated

I would like to raise a concern regarding hygiene on the bus. There was a strong unpleasant smell, and cockroaches were present, which made the experience uncomfortable. I kindly request that hygiene standards be improved going forward. Other than this issue, the service itself was good.

Arrived Earlier that expected as always other busses get to be a bit late or have a breakdown

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The problem is the seat that I was sitting on. It was declining it's self downwards. I could not sit properly upright for long. The seat would decline slowly downwards. The seat is positioned at ground floor at the end of the bus and is a single seat.

The toilet was very dirty but the driver was so nice and helpful.what liked is that they very good with time.

The seats were comfortable but limited leg movement. Driver drove well and the punctuality was good.

The bus service was too old to the extent that, no charging systems for our phones. Tonight I won't book a return to JHB with Eagle liner

We got overbooked and had to stand for a whole hour to the next stop with promise of seats on another bus which was full itself and had to be squeezed in sat so uncomfortably

The bus was very clean and I enjoyed the adjustable sits and nice lights. However the driver was driving at very high speed it was very scary, I was uncomfortable and impatient to get to my destination. Literally left like I was flying.

The windows let the rain in, the chairs very uncomfortable, was 2 hours late.

They were late, the bus had so many people. Some were standing and didn’t have seats.

Unfortunately, my journey with Delta Coaches was very disappointing. Their service was poor from the start the bus arrived late and there was no communication to inform passengers about the delay. The onboard toilets were not working, which made the trip uncomfortable. Even before boarding, the queue after purchasing a ticket was very disorganized and unpleasant. On top of that, the staff seemed poorly trained and unprofessional, which made the entire experience frustrating. Overall, everything about the journey felt horrible, and I left very dissatisfied with the service.

I am very dissapointed as a first time traveler with Delta. The bus had a breakdown within an hour from departing and i catched a lift with APC to get to my destination on time since it is very dangerous to stand on the road in the middle of the night.

The Heater should be fixed, it should not only take out cold air, that was my only disappointment / dissatisfaction.

It's not safe, we even complained about our safety and the bus conductor told us that we being paranoid

They should improve their service by maybe hiring people who'll check the passenger's names on the list, it must not be done by the driver
