I was very happy with bus 803, the heaters were on unlike the other one I used. But charger ports are not working and it fetched us late. But nice traveling because we arrived on time even though it was late for departure

I didn’t enjoy anything because the bus was almost 2 hours late, and later got lost in a town which we spent another 2 hours at. The bus was supposed to arrive at 22:05pm at my destination but it arrived at 02:00am.

Very terrible, the bus was supposed to leave Butterworth at 16:20 but they called to tell us that, the bus will leave at 14: 00 bear in mind that we were in the rural areas 2 hrs from Butterworth, we had to leave the funeral very early to try and catch the bus at 14:00, very unprofessional bus, will never use it again.
