I had the worst experience with this particular trip, I was approached by a guy advising that he is the police and needed to search my luggage, he was very disrespectful and even swore at me when I asked questions regarding this so called search, I didn't mind them searching my bags but it was the manor of approach coming from his end, it was as if he was sure I had something wrong in my luggage,, I tried calling your customer service number but there was no answer, I'm very disappointed and upset and really scared of using your services again as this was really a scary experience for me

We were supposed to arrive at 19h00
We arrived at 21h00.
The drivers tried on several occasions to alert management of the challenges regarding the bus and requested management to bring or avail another bus but management failed to listen. The bus kept on sticking from time to time as it didn't have power to pull through.
There was no transport when I arrive in Bloemfontein.
I had to pay R500 to go to Mandelaview. The weather added salt to the wound.
It was generally a terrible experience and no apology was tendered

Complete and utterly awful. My son was booked on the trip to Bloemfontein scheduled for 11h20. He was there from 10h00. When the bus arrived he showed his ticket and was told he is booked on the cityliner and not on this bus. He must go to the office and wait there. What office as it is a petrol station. The bus left without him, all other passengers boarded. I had to fetch him and buy a new ticket. In future I will definitely make sure I do not make use of your service and your rude and unprofessional staff.
