The service was very bad and I didn’t enjoy my ride at all, the was a very suffocating smell which had the scent of pepper spray and then we had to wait a whole hour for another bus because the first one had a problem. I arrived late at where I was supposed to be I was really inconvenienced. The service was very bad even the driver was rude.
I was not happy at all because I could not sit with my 7 year old son on the same seat at least provide seat numbers so a person is aware of the sitting arrangement and specify what kind of bus sleepliner or not
Was not satisfied with your service at all. Especially because we were taken out from park station at around 16:30 to go and wait outside the station, two minutes walk from the station and my bus was supposed to come at7pm. Imagine waiting outside, standing outside for like 2 hours,no chairs, nothing and it's not safe outside the station . I was so disappointed ku vula ntiyiso.
Worst service ever. The bus was 4 hours late and there were no service consults to assist or give updates. I booked a luxury line but was put in a small bus, no leg space, very uncomfortable experience.
Don't like what they did at all from booking with intercape and only to find out at the station that I'll be traveling with some shady big Sky bus with rude drivers and getting stuck on the way for hours
It's was a very bad experience
Bus timings were accurate, the bus ride was satisfactory even though my seat couldn’t recline but the drivers were not so friendly they weren’t rude either though. I guess it was more a personality thing
Intercape is very bad we got stuck in Johannesburg for 3 hours because the bus dead instead of bringing another bus we had to wait for mechanics to come fix it after that hours we spent in Johannesburg we got stuck again to in Potchefstroom for hours waiting for another bus from Pretoria. I am really not happy with the services and I don't think I will ever use it again very unprofessional and inconsiderate
I had a horrible experience, when I got on the bus ,I was told that my seat was taken therefore I should sit on the floor!I was seated near the toilet and it was the worst experience ever
The staff is very arrogant and can't talk to customers politely. The driver spends most of the time talking on the phone while driving. Passengers lacks seats because the backseat is reserved for the other driver to sleep on
My bus was delayed with 3hours and there was no form of apology or compensation. The other passengers had to fight to get an explanation as to what was happening with the bus.
Very poor services. This bus is unreliable and never on time. They placed us in a student's bus while we paid a lot of money for it. I don't recommend this bus to anyone
The grey hound is a very nice bus, comfortable and spaced. And for the fact that it was only a few minutes late , unlike other buses which arrive hours late , to me the greyhound is convenient and I am definitely going to travel with it on my way back to Limpopo.
