My bus ride from Atlanta to Cincinnati went smoothly, and then I had to transfer over to a new bus to go from Cincinnati to Columbus. The bus was delayed, and none of the staff seemed to know why except "it should be here in 30 minutes" until it showed up literally 5 hours later. I had to wait in the Cincinnati Greyhound Station for 5 hours without being able to leave to get actual food and not vending machine food because no one had any idea when it'd actually show up. And then when it finally did, it was packed full of people who needed to reboard so some people in the station weren't even able to get on. Luckily for me, I was able to, but I feel bad for those who weren't. This was my first Greyhound experience and most likely my last.
