Everything was fine. My two wishes for my next trip, a bathroom on the bus that works and has paper and if the driver could turn the music down at nighttime. I had ear plugs in and could still hear the music but I was in the first row.
The conductor was smoking many cigarettes in the bus, the wifi was broken and the charging sockets didn't work. The electrics were exposed and I electrocuted myself twice. Also the guy sitting next to me was making me very uncomfortable and I kept waking up to his hands between my legs. Worst bus trip of my life.
The seats wee incredibly uncomfortable for a 22 hour journey. The food provide was one packet of crackers and one juice box. Due to the traffic the bus was an hour late. The toilet had no paper or runnig water. The bus however had tvs on the back of each seat and the wifi just worked.
According to customer reviews, there have been concerns about punctuality due to traffic conditions. Additionally, some customers reported issues with leaking roofs during rainy weather, resulting in discomfort and wet belongings. It is worth noting that a few customers mentioned extended travel times beyond the scheduled duration of their trips.

The bus roof leaked when it rained so I got wet and my stuff got wet. I'm still on the bus and it's been 26 hours since we left Cartagena, was supposed to be a 20 hour trip
Just try to be on time given the traffic situation
The journey was supposed to take 19 hours. It took 24. It was also unbearably cold on the bus, the AC was turned to 13 degrees for most of the trip. No-one needs it that cold.

Wasn’t allowed on the bus
No stops for meal breaks. Only stopped once after close to 10 hours. No snack provided with Plus seating as advertised.
The bus was good, however the toilet flooded and being at the very back of the bus it went all through my bag and nothing was done about it.
