Our (2) TVs didnt work. As that is the only activity, it seems wrong to pay the extremely high price and not getting everything that is included. Also, the seats on the back row don’t go back almost at all so it was impossible to sleep -> very uncomfortable trip.

Charger places didn’t work, ac didn’t work in some of the seats (for example mine), screans didn’t turn on and they were broken or seats didn’t even have them, BUS WAS 6 HOURS LATE and almost missed my flight because of that. It was supposed to arrive 8:20 in the morning and we ended up arriving at 14:03

The bus journey was a lot longer than stated, which I think is normal in Colombia.the bus also makes many stops. The seats were comfortable, but there was a bad smell for most of the trip. The bathroom in the bus was okay, but pretty dirty by the end. An hour before arriving they put us in a different bus which wasn't the luxury service I booked

We asked the lady at the front desk if there was going to be a stop for dinner, she said yes. For dinner and for breakfast. I asked her to be sure if we needed to buy food before leaving. She said no need. Unfortunately, there was no stop for dinner
