We were told that our bus had been canceled so they scheduled us to a different bus. We were told that instead of the front seats that we had requested we were now in the back next to the bathroom. The bathroom had a horrible odor that made it difficult to stay in our seats.

2h hours late, no excuses norhing. The driver left us in the middle of nowhere in barranquilla instead of the bus station because we were "only 2" going there. It's a shame.

Bad service and communication at the bus station, they responded in a very unpolite way, arrogant I'd say. The service in the bus itself was oke although there was no clear indication of the bus stop.

We should have been on a small bus to the main bus station in Barranquilla we were put on a bus to Cartegena and dropped off on a main road not the bus station. We are 2 elderly travellers…. NOT GOOD
