I thought the overall experience was great. That said, I’m a bit of a nervous traveller, and so I would have appreciated a bit more clarity from the drivers or the desk staff as to how the transfers worked. I didn’t understand, for instance, that the buses were unlike planes—our first bus was a bit behind schedule and I was worried that we would miss our transfer. It became clear to me that this worry was in vein, but I’d have liked this spelled out for me.
