The bus was very comfortable, we were lucky to have front row seats. Our trip was over night scheduled from 11pm - 5:20am
The bus did arrive 15 min late and the traffic in Lima in the early morning is horrendous. We had allowed 3 hours from bus terminal arrival at Plaza del Norte to the flight departure time. The bus also arrived there 30 min late. Other bus terminal trips to the airport might take longer. We had about an hour to spare, be conservative with your timing.

Always love the cleanliness of the Cruz del Sur busses. I really enjoyed the small meal service they offered prior to the COVID pandemic. If that is no longer possible, for an 7-8 hour trip a more substantial bag lunch would be appreciated. A sandwich, fruit etc should not be difficult to provide.
