Good transport overall. Few things FYI : showing a movie is very unneeded as passagers don't bother watching (especially at night). Also, playing the radio on high volume was disturbing. Luckily enough it stopped after long 20 minutes
The bus didn’t pick me up at all and I waited for more than 5 hours in the middle of the night, without success. In the end I had to book an airplane ticket to Lima which cost me a lot of money (since I needed to get a flight in the evening there).
Just horrible! We took the night bus at 3 am from Trujillo to Lima and our Bus was 3 hours late and we had to wait 1,5 hours on the empty street middle of the night because the bus terminal was closed and no one let us in. Very frightening and annoying. Finally after 4 am night guard let us in. Where had he been before? Never ever again Cruz del Sur!
Everything was excellent, seats are incredibly comfortable and bus smelled clean. Only problem was the onboard movie was incredibly loud to start and then there was no audio at all for a while. Later on it was a good volume. Only things I would change would be rubbish bins on the bus and subtitles in English but Spanish would do. Thank you!
