good servicios and very safe
7 hours without ventilation, in 26 degree weather.
Very comfortable trip
These buses are great for the long distances in Peru. Food served was tasty. Lack of toilet paper a big minus.
Comfortable seats, food was mediocre and all wrapped in plastic. Didn't get a blanket, only a pillow. Bus arrived two hours later in Lima. Staff was friendly and driver's drove safe.
The food was not vegetarian and the only available drinks onboard (a night bus) had caffeine! Also, the driver exceeded the speed limit on multiple occasions
Cold, no blanket and very loud tv.
Clean toilet with paper and water and soap!!! Warm small meal at lunch. Up to date screens and a selection of movies.
Played a stupid movie until midnight. Would rather silence
Definitely recommend Cruz del Sur !
Good transport overall. Few things FYI : showing a movie is very unneeded as passagers don't bother watching (especially at night). Also, playing the radio on high volume was disturbing. Luckily enough it stopped after long 20 minutes
The bus didn’t pick me up at all and I waited for more than 5 hours in the middle of the night, without success. In the end I had to book an airplane ticket to Lima which cost me a lot of money (since I needed to get a flight in the evening there).
Everything seemed to be great- but it took an extra 2 hrs to get through Lima traffic! Why wasn’t this reflected in the eta?
Good service, but need to work on departure logistics as we lost too much time in a terminal out of Trujillo
Super nice buses and service!
Very good value for money. My family and I really enjoyed the ride.
Comfortable semi-cama seats, air conditioning, clean bathroom and efficient baggage handling. Very impressed. Only promise unfulfilled was wifi.
All is good
Just horrible! We took the night bus at 3 am from Trujillo to Lima and our Bus was 3 hours late and we had to wait 1,5 hours on the empty street middle of the night because the bus terminal was closed and no one let us in. Very frightening and annoying. Finally after 4 am night guard let us in. Where had he been before? Never ever again Cruz del Sur!
Very good travel. Seat w@ great, very pleasant team and calm trip
Great bus and service, however, my bus arrived to the destination an hour and 30 minutes late without me realising (maybe because I don't understand Spanish)
Everything was all right and the trip attendant was very helpful.
Was scheduled to leave at 845pm left at 1135pm no apologies no announcements very rude office staff. When the bus arrived it smelled of pee. Awful journey
Clean, but very noisy as hardware parts where not thighten into their places properly.
Buses are ok staff too customers service uhmm can be better
Everything was excellent, seats are incredibly comfortable and bus smelled clean. Only problem was the onboard movie was incredibly loud to start and then there was no audio at all for a while. Later on it was a good volume. Only things I would change would be rubbish bins on the bus and subtitles in English but Spanish would do. Thank you!
The bus was supposed to provide wifi, but didn't. We travelled overnight, so this didn't matter so much. It was very confortable to sleep on the bus!
