I got home safely however the Cleveland Greyhound station is a disgrace...very very dimly lit, no customer service rep or security, pitiful barely working charging stations, nowhere to sit, dirty. Thankfully I was able to fit aboard the earlier bus to my destination because my ticketed trip was going to be a no show and I would have been abandoned there. I was alone and it was 1:30 AM in a city I was diverted to from my airline who also left me stranded. My next stop was Pittsburg where I changed buses and the bus driver was most helpful. He was also helping other customers who had run into transportation issues. I wish I had gotten his name. I thanked him with a generous tip. The Pittsburg station was another pitiful place. Greyhound should be ashamed. I felt like I was not in the United States. A third world country might have been better.
