I suggest Greyhound to take temperature of everyone before getting the bus during this crucial time.

Well l don’t know the relationship of BoltBus with greyhound because it was greyhound that take us to Newark
Dropped off at New York and said that is the end of the line.

My wife and kids took the 7 o’clock bus. The bus left 2 hours late with no explanation. The driver get lost in NY city and didn’t get to Newark till after 2:30 AM.
Time management should be worked on.

Bathroom could smell better. Could have a self cleaning every half an hour, special the toilet, since it is a non stop bus.

Terrible service missed all my bus transfers. Arrived to NY 3 hours late. Then had to use my own money to take a train and Uber to get to my destination. Just ridiculous.
The bus was 2 hours late reaching Newark Penn. There were no clear updates on what was happening. The queues were random and staff spoke only to the people at the front of the queue. The rest were Chinese whispers. It was difficult to understand what was going on. The rescheduled time for the bus showed 2:15 pm departure and then a replacement bus left at 11.30 am instead.
Okay well the WiFi didn’t work the whole ride. The bathroom smelled TERRIBLE throughout the bus. I finally got the driver to turn on the A/C 4 hours into the trip meanwhile it was so hot me and my friend were sweating. The most uncomfortable bus experience I’ve ever had. Won’t be taking a greyhound again.
One of the worst transport providers in the United States.

Bus broke down...had to take Lyft to get to Newark. Complete waste
Seat was very uncomfortable
The chairs couldnt lean back as it was faulty and the chairs are really hard.
Left 30 mins after it was scheduled to leave, annoying!

They never try to catch the next bus. Whole file is just to waste time. I had to waste time and money to by booking greyhound bus. I will never want to book this ticket again

My bus left Boston over 30 minutes late. In addition, the bus stopped at a rest area for 30 minutes on the way to New York. As a result, I missed my connection to Newark. There were no additional buses and no options were offered. I had to walk to Penn Station alone after 10 PM and pay for a train.

Bus from Boston came late at connecting station and I missed the connecting bus to Newark .
Bus driver of Boston bus was least cooperative and made some heated arguments with passengers as well.
At connecting station greyhound staff refused to change my tickets in next coming bus . Me and my family suffered a lot of problems during this journey .
