The bus arrived later at Newark Penn Station because of the weather; it snowed.
I bought a ticket from Washington DC to Newark only to be told to alight at New York. I paid an extra 18usd to EWR TERMINAL 2 on a different shuttle just outside to Pen Station.

Boltbus is can be effective at times in comparison to others. I believe the drivers need to value the importance of time. I take this bus several times and it gets to the destination late.
Long trip, but the driver was very courteous, left on time and arrived slightly ahead of schedule. Would use Ourbus again.

very dissatisfied. Bus did not have wifi, no phone charging, dirty, uncomfortable seats, very old bus. Bus broke down outside Baltimore on I-95 very dangerous, dark and dangerous. Projected time to repair uncertain..Had to take uber home..

The bus broke down in Baltimore and no one let the passengers know until almost an hour went by. There was no compensation for the 2 hour delay and seat placement was mixed up and uncomfortable

Apart from the delay, boarding was chaotic: people jumped the line as another bus was boarding from the same gate. The ride itself was fine, though the bus should have trash bags and a curtain to keep the sun out.

Got there at 1:43 the bus was gone had to leave at 3pm to New York. Staff was kind enough to let me take that bus, only problem was the power outlets weren’t working and my phone was dead.

Absolutely horrible. My bag was either stolen or misplaced and no one knows where it is. The entire bag was searched, the different bus stations were called, but I have not heard anything as of yet. There’s a profound lack of communication making it difficult to resolve any issue. will not ride again.

I wish it would have been mentioned when purchasing the tickets that the trip will go through multiple stops, as there was misinformation that the trip will go straight to Newark. We had 4 stops, one was unplanned as we picked up random passengers to fill up empty seats without a heads up or explanation.
