Cold Shot User Reviews
Cold Shot is appreciated for providing smooth rides with professional drivers, ensuring passengers reach their destinations efficiently. However, some users have noted that the seating could be more comfortable and there were concerns about unpleasant odors inside the vehicle. Additionally, a few reviews mentioned that the interior temperature was too cold during travel.
I think that Cold Shot provides a very essential service. The drivers are very courteous and helpful. But……sometimes the passengers are very inconsiderate. Like talking on FaceTime for HOURS and very loudly. It is annoying that we are forced to listen to their entire conversation. I would like to see a 5 minute maximum enforced. On our last trip to Calgary, a woman was vaping in the back seat and into her sleeve. I called her on it and she stopped. This should not be allowed and I felt unsafe telling the driver about it, due to possible repercussions from her, so I stayed silent.

Would not do it again. Hot & sweaty, no air and fully packed bus. The lady sitting next to me had a huge back pack and 3 coats on her lap. There were 2 people (both men, go figure) that put their bag on the seat next to them, occupying space. This should be monitored and not allowed.
Janice L.
The address on the ticket I saved to my wallet was the wrong pickup location and I missed my bus. I had to stay in the city for an extra night and I am missing my classes tomorrow morning because of this.
Hannah M.
On the trip back to Calgary the WiFi was on but it was impossible to connect. The WiFi was called "ColdShot - Free Wifi" and did not have a password the way the trip up to Edmonton had. No matter what I did I could not connect to it as it would tell me "Unable to retrieve IP address". The fast WiFi is the primary reason for using ColdShot. So when the WiFi doesn't work that's a big problem.

I actually love to travel. But I really dont like the smell inside. Smells like armpit.
Rick A.
The ride was smooth and the driver, very professional but I wasn’t comfortable because the inside was very cold. The vehicle heating system needs to re-assessed. Generally, it was a smooth ride
