Rider Express Edmonton Grande Prairie recent customer reviews
The bus was 30 minutes late leaving Edmonton, they took a wrong turn at an intersection and ended up driving on gravel to get back to the hiway, then took an exit in the wrong direction and ended up in the wrong town and had to turn around to get to Grande Prairie.

Temp was good. Wifi was spotty. There was a smell of diesel in the bus. I didn’t use the toilet as driver said the toilet light was broken. Otherwise okay. Felt driver was driving safely

I picked rider express specifically because it is familiar and I’m comfortable with it. The driver was absolutely amazing both too and from grande prairie and I was very satisfied with that aspect. However I was an hour and fifty five minutes late because a passenger couldn’t get on a separate bus on time and lost their luggage. It speaks very well on rider expresses part because they accommodated them, I just feel like there was little consideration for the other 20 passengers on the bus.
Passengers frequently commend the bus service for its friendly and accommodating drivers, timely arrivals, and overall pleasant travel experience. The buses are generally clean with comfortable seating. However, some users have noted occasional issues such as uncomfortable seats or lack of promised amenities like Wi-Fi. Despite these minor concerns, many travelers continue to recommend this reliable service.

The ride was smooth but the driver kept touching his phone and water bottle throughout the trip, while the bus was moving and it was like a distraction.

Service is good overall.I' suggest a earlier opening of the waiting area to help customers settle in during their wait for the trip.
More effective customer service at the front desks, providing required information and basic help for customers.I almost miss my bus.

Only negatives come to customers ignoring staff ("please turn your phones to silent or vibrate out of respect to other riders" 2 minutes before someones Facebook call chime kicks in)
Users frequently highlight the comfort and punctuality of their rides, often mentioning friendly and professional drivers. The buses are described as clean with spacious seating, making for a pleasant travel experience. However, some users noted disturbances from fellow passengers or issues related to smoking near the bus area. Overall, Ebus is highly recommended by many travelers for its reliable service and ease of booking.

The bus was comfy but packed which at this time of year is to be expected. Mostly I was disappointed because my tickets included luggage and my 24 hour reminder said the same thing and then when I got to the depot they extorted me out of 20 dollars per carry on because of changes I was not notified of.
