I got the seat I wanted and the bus driver was so professional and timely I have 0 complaints
Love the coaches, nice to have a refreshment fridge in the back but they used to have cheese and crackers and soup and they should bring that back.
My first time going with ebus. I was expecting to find myself in Edmonton but I ended up in Calgary because I was in the wrong bus and I was not checked in. If I was checked in, I would have known that I was in the wrong bus. I saw only one ebus which i entered not knowing that another bus was meant for Edmonton. I had to spend extra money for hotel accommodation which I did not plan for.
Customers express overall satisfaction with Ebus, praising the excellent service and relaxing experience. They appreciate the professionalism and courtesy of the bus drivers, as well as the cleanliness and comfort of the buses. Some customers mention minor issues such as a lack of cup holders or uncomfortable seats, but these do not overshadow their positive opinions.

The Canada Bus Red Deer Edmonton recent customer reviews
Very clean comfortable bus. Very friendly & skilled driver. Only problem is that the bus was 30 minutes late. As it tuned out, I had extra time available for getting to the airport so it was no problem but it may have otherwise been. I phoned the support number on the ticket & spoke to a real person who told me where the bus was & indeed it was barely 5 minutes away. I would conclude by saying that this is a very good service but allow for extra time. was
Bus was late. By 20 minutes, and there was a stop on the way not previously mentioned.
The seats were very comfortable and had lots of legroom. I'm six feet tall and usually find buses cramped, but not this one. I wish I could have lifted the headrest higher, and I wish they didn't lock half the overhead bins (at least, it seemed like half of them were locked)! But overall it was a comfortable, pleasant journey, even though the weather was terrible.
