Bus from Tim Hortons South Edmonton 35 mins late so I took a cab to Cold Shot 154street. No phone contact to me at all. Weather was rough that morning.
i made a mistake booking my fare i was in hurry and didnt notice that i had booked at 1255am to arrive at 500 am i intended to book for 1255pm and when i had asked if there was any arrangement i could make for the next bus going out stating my situation they just no and basically ended the call
Good value for the trip. Bus is noisier and smaller than luxury motor coach provided by red arrow. Still very clean and less money than red arrow though. Would give 4.5/5 I think. Would recommend to a friend.
Was my first time using cold shot and I enjoyed the service they provide. The prices were also fair in my opinion. Only thing I consider is more and better seating at the terminals. Other than that I will definitely be using them again in the future.
The people in the ticket office are very efficient and helpful. Our driver, Mr. Zukowski, is very courteous and open to customer comments and requests. My only complaint is the quality of cookies - where are the Peak Freans?
The price was reasonable, it was my first time riding, the bus itself was not comfortable, there was no Wi-Fi as was advertised I would suggest correcting this
Bus service was great, it was clean and a very nice bus. Only complaint would be is that the seats are small. My seat mate was a bigger fellow and we both did not have a very comfortable ride. There was at least 3 other guys with that body type on the bus. They were not necessarily over weight but just tall and bulky. It felt like I had half a seat.
i’m so disappointed honestly, having being lied saying there was wifi & plugs to plug in your phone and that be a lie, false information & to top that off a grown lady lady had 3 seats laying down and having her head on one side and her feet up on the seat, first she had her head laying my way and she was sleeping on my seat & then she moved and and had her feet in my face
Not worth the 86.73 I paid for it such a shame but the lady at the front desk was amazing an extremely helpful wish all of there employees were as great as her
Wel attempts were to communicate with head office regarding the situation that needed immediate attention to I was severely treated badly when my and my concerns were not taken seriously and was treated disrespectfully not taken seriously so while being a part of the fort McMurray migrating employee in the oil and gas industry I will be telling my fellow workers in lunchrooms and to avoid the unacommitating servers of cold shot bussing service's for traveling to ft McMurray
It was the first time I have used this service and I found that the staff need to be more active with the passengers and more friendly not one person on the staff from bus driver to the group in the bus terminal said good morning or could give anyone an answer to there questions, we where all left to find out things on our own. So on this experience would I recommend cold shot! No I would not, will I use Cold shot again definitely not!
The trip was fine. However, the bus driver should consider closing the door at the various stops. With the weather being so cold it was uncomfortable at times.
1st time taking Cold Shot. Pleasant Experience. The lady at the Edmonton Cold Shot was very nice and pleasant to deal with. Explained everything to me on what to expect for
