I am a frequent traveller to Fortmac from Edmonton and mostly I take red arrow for it's good service but I am sorry to say that my yesterday trip was very unpleasent and uncomfortable. There was a guy sitting behind talking loud throughout out the bus to Fortmac using abusive languages, not wearing his mask properly which kind of very scary for me and other passengers as well. The bus driver told him many times to put his mask on and not to talk loud or abusive language but he still continued with that, I really think that strict action could have taken to stop him. Pease and kindly do inquiry about it and find out the details. The bus was from Edmonton to Fortmac @5.30pm June 1st. I am very disspointed with the service this time.
The ticket is very misleading. I had to wait for 3 hours in the terminal just so I could get into the bus that I am supposed to be in. It was a great service but information and ticket info are very misleading
I love the idea of a "red eye" service into Ft Mac. Getting in intime for work. Driving was safe throughout but the bus waa overcrowded, considering the need for personal space in light of the pandemic. The passenger immediately infront of me was practically in my lap, with only a partially reclined seat! Heating thought the bay was lacking. It waa a miserably cold ride. Apart from those issues, everything waa just fine.
