The driver was almost a half hour late (bus was supposed to leave at 925..left at almost 10 to 10). The bathroom was dirty with 'fluids' anx urine dried on the seat. There was a kafuffle over people taking others seat, a long discussion involving people neing rescedualed to this bus after another eas cancelled but they couldnt either fond the ticket or the site didnt send verication yo the fivet, and people talking loudy on their phone and the same passenger sprayed insane amounts of heavily scented fragrence. And, of course leaving late means arriving late.

The ride was very good the waiting area in Edmonton is not inviting. I know it is to reduce costs but just a parking lot loading is kind of sketchy in my mind.

There was a free single seat right at the front that was right across from me that was free I would of much rather been told I could seat there instead of beside someone whose I don't know . I would of completely understood if the bus was full but it was not .
