The bus driver Was kind and very helpful. He pulled over between Tomah and MInneapolis because some jerk was smoking on the bus. The bus got quite cold after Tomah- the bus driver indicated the door doesn’t always close properly. Also, some woman was talking on her phone on speaker phone... not really respectful. And overall ok experience for the price.
The bus was a sauna. The heat was turned up way to high because of one person's request.. The heat was not turned down after asked... Everyone on bus complained about it. The entire right side of bus had no working outlets lights and the vents barely worked... Not accommodating at all.
My first time using the bus system so I was a little confused and the bus was very full so I didn’t know where to sit but overall the ride was smooth and quick
I will never travel by Greyhound again. The staff is rude and non caring. I paid for two tickets for a certain time and NO one let me know that my bus was three and a half hours late. Unprofessional!!!
No complaints. Driver very helpful.
Ratings say it all. Good driver. Being two hours late very frustrating
Shouldn't have had to sit in the last back seat over motor. No A/C there. I'm 60 yrs old, obese and ha e a bad knee. Front seats were full. When I mentioned this to driver he made a joke and everyone laughed. Not cool. He then called me "the big girl". He was black and also large. How would he liked it if I'd called him the fat boy?
The bus left me at a stop when the driver told me a have time to get a fish sandwich from McDonald's
The bus was old and not clean at all. Some seats did not have outlets but I haven't seen any notice on website. I had a problem printing my ticket because of I could not choose the ticket options at greyhound original website so I went there without printed ticket. They made me pay by cash 20 dollars. I was on trip so it wasn't easy to print at home or where ever. Anyway, busbud did not do anything wrong, I was just disappointed on greyhound service and will not have any rides with them anymore.
