Great trip overall, comfortable and quiet. I'd definitely improve your directions to where your bus arrives and how to get there (specifically for MSP airport) as I found myself a bit lost and confused if I was at the right place. Turns out I was but some signage saying "stop here for Jefferson Lines bus" or something would be fantastic just to reassure people they are at the correct place
I bought my ticket online. The bus never showed at the MSP airport. I saw a bus around 4 in the parking lot so I assumed all was well. Until 5:30 when I gave up on the 5:10 bus. There were no sign, plus no phone number to talk with a live person .
My driver was awesome! I felt safe the whole time. The bus wasn’t too crowded. We did have a layover for an hour in a rough part of town but other than that, it was a great experience
Bus was super cold because it was just started right before the trip. And it showed up like 45mins late and arrived 45mins late. But otherwise staff was great.
The ride was incredibly pleasant. Driver was so polite, professional and helpful. It was terribly foggy most of the drive and the driver drove an appropriate speed, very smoothly and got us to our destination early even. My daughter forgot a book at the bus station in Minneapolis and the driver and Duluth staff was so lovely in helping to get the book for us on the next day’s bus.

Great except
1. One agent said that we CANNOT board at any stop other than the boarding stop listed in the ticket
2. A different agent said we could jump in at any stop along the way listed on our ticket.
It would be helpful to have a rep at the MSP point to pick up. Many passengers were unable to get reliable information as to where the bus was to pick us up. There was also a lost luggage issue that delayed us all.
It was a long ride and late because another passenger didn’t buy a ticket for her child. She had three children the oldest 8 took attempted to take care of the screaming 2 year old while the Mom slept or talked on the phone.
