The bus heating system did not work and the temperature was 64! Everyone froze to death! Worst ride of my life! Also, had the driver not taken her full brake when we stopped and THEN started trying to work on the heating issue, we would have been on time. Must be a union job.

The bus was on time. Th driver was very informative and drove safe. However the staff at Minneapolis Greyhound station was very rude and unprofessional. If a person doesn't understand the kiosk system or need information the staff should be of assistance because that is what they are paid to do. How dare a paid employee be filled with attitude and give off the impression that they don't want to be at work?
