I want to start off by saying, I definitely enjoyed my ride to Madison. I loved, the seats and space for my legs. And, how the seats looked. Black with, blue trimming. Mr. Howard played a movie on the screens. Second time, a bus driver did that an all my 23 years of using the bus line. And, I don't like that, my first driver (before they switched an the dells). Was late, coming and leaving. The, only thing I didn't like about my trip.
Passengers generally appreciated the bus drivers, noting their adherence to rules and respectful demeanor. The availability of Wi-Fi and outlets was also positively mentioned. However, some users experienced issues with late arrivals and changes in drop-off locations without prior notice, leading to inconvenience during cold weather conditions.

I liked wifi and outlets. It would help to have more leg room and a pull-down shelf. Our driver was exellent! Thoughtful and respectful of everyone.

Due to the fact the bus was 1 hour 15 minutes late, there were angry passengers. I believe he staff at the Minneapolis terminal could have been polite and provided more information to the angry customers, vs. rude and short.

The bus stop in Madison WI where my destination was different place than what my ticket indicated! When I purchase the ticket, the Madison bus stop was going to be at “UW Memorial Union”, however bus dropped me off at “Dutch Mill Phillips 66”instead!! Therefore I had to wait a long time for a ride in cold winter weather outside🥲

The seat is a bit hard for long distance. Maybe a little more cushion, might be good. Thanks
