The driver refused to let us bring a musical instrument on board the bus. We even offered to buy the cello it’s own ticket on the bus and the driver refused and said it was against their policy however we phoned and asked if it would be ok and we’re told it would not be a problem. We were forced to get off the bus and figure out another way to get to Montreal. Our bus driver was rude, would not listen to us and would not accommodate at all to help us out. Overall a very negative experience.
