Our driver going from Montreal to Sherbrooke was very friendly and helpful as if he loved his job! The driver returning Sherbrooke to Montreal was not friendly and became VERY agitated when a woman realized that she needed to go into the transit station to get s ticket. He was very verbal about it! His comments were not necessary as she was on the bus one minute late! We traveled on August 16, 2022.
The Limocar driver was not willing to take me to Sherbrook, was disrespectful and did not even let me get into the car. I am a single woman traveling, alone, and preferred to leave me there then at least, find me a solution. I am very disappointed with your service, I thought this company was good, but I was wrong
The best bus trip I have experienced! The driver has extremely polite and professional and when I got off the bus and was a bit lost he helped me call a taxi as I can’t speak French he waited to make sure I was okay and it really made me feel safe especially as a woman when it was dark out! 10/10 will definitely take li
Everything went smoothly and as advertised. Staff was very nice, boarding and getting off was well planned and went smoothly. Ride was calm and comfortable. Loved the experience!
The driver selected the laggage according to the passenger's destination. There were no mess ups. The bus was comfortable and very clean. We arrived on time.
the bus was late getting to Montreal and that driver did not even introduce himself or mention that he was taking a detour. I took the 11 am to Montreal on Sunday
I was very impressed with Limocar. Due to factors beyond my control I missed my originally scheduled bus. However, after speaking with a representative it was quite easy to get onto the next bus and arrive at Sherbrooke in a reasonable time.
I found the drivers to be very friendly. I had booked the local bus with many stops to Sherbrooke by mistake and they allowed me to switch to the bus that takes less time
This is the most convenient, reliable, on-time and value-for-money transport service I have taken. The driver is smart, courteous and helpful. Highly recommended.
Someone helped me load my suitcase in the compartment below the bus which i appreciated as i had lots of heavy bags. Signage on where to wait for bus was poor. I asked a bus driver and he led me to the line to wait for the bus. But i couldn't get wifi on the bus. A sign says to ask the driver but we driver was driving so i didn't want to bother her.
Bus was delayed one hour at a stop. I was travelling for work so very stressful to be delayed this long. When I went to get some food after being stuck for 45 min the driver rudely told me I would have to through out the food because it was not allowed on the buss. No where was this written. I am anemic so this was a really painful trip for me
