It is a very efficient service. I could only get as far as Longueuil metro which was not my preferred point of arrival, and I felt the booking was made with enough advance to be able to get to the station at Berri in town. I hope to be able to leave from the Berri station for my return.
Very comfortable! The only thing I didn’t like was that I was unaware that there were stops on the way so that caused some confusion as to whether or not I was able to put my luggage under the bus so in the end I did when I shouldn’t have so I was unable to disembark where I was supposed to and had to continue to Berri Street when that’s not what my ticked said. Also not having a sink in the bathroom wasn’t ideal but perhaps not truly a problem.
It was hard to find the exact location of the terminus in Sherbrook: we had to ask around, even when we found the bus, we had to confirm it was the correct one.
Also, on the Champlain bridge, the bus was using the RIGHT-MOST lane - Montreal-bound. The right-hand lane is separated from St. Laurence river by a 3' tall concrete barrier: that's just plain terrifying. Keep the busses in the middle lane at lease, had there been an accident, causing the bus to simply filp over or go through the divider, we'd all be "sleeping with the fishes".
