Buses are modern and in excellent condition. Wifi operates very well throughout the trip, which is the complete opposite to Greyhound. It's too bad that Limocar does not operate from Montreal to Ottawa. I would travel with this company and not Greyhound.
The bus itself was fine. Clean, quiet, on time. The bus drive from MTL-Bromont was terrible. He left 2 people at the station even though they were waiting to board at the departure time. He screamed NO at them and drove away. He turned around and dirty looked a young child sitting directly behind him when he made noise. He was extremely rude and disrespectful.
I liketo see all the small towns we passed through. Service was great. At the time I booked there seem to be only two busses going that way. One in the morning and one in the evening. Since The first one left before My flight was over I got the evening one. It gave me time to see some of Montreal.
The pick-up location was VERY unclear. We ended up missing our bus (after the driver denied us despite being at the address noted on the ticket). Instead, we boarded a different Limocar bus an hour later and a location roughly two blocks away from the ticketed pick-up location.
I missed the bus because I simply could not find the 800 de la Gauchetiere stop (address given as 1105 boulevard Robert-Bourassa). Luckily the next bus driver let me board but it was extremely stressful and frustrating. Better guidance as to where to find the stop is absolutely required as the stress involved made it an unpleasant journey that I would absolutely not recommend.
