It was a roller coaster not a bus. The bus was way too fast. Three hours into the 19 hour trip- the bus broke down in the middle of nowhere and we were stranded for six hours. Nobody could tell us what was wrong and no one could seem to be able to fix it.
The toilet was disgusting and dirty.
The bus was arrived at Ica 2 hours late and kept on stopping on the road for ages with no explanation. The man serving upstairs was playing a console loudly right behind us so we had to ask to turn it down so we could sleep
6 Hours Late at destination. Stopped for 3 hours at a police station because 2 guys rolled a joint. At the end they didn’t continue in the bus and everybody was waiting for nothing. None of that was communicated with the rest of the bus.
Our bus was supposed to have wifi but there wasn't any internet the entire trip. Also our hot meal wasn't given on the bus. The seats were spacious, and the bus was pretty empty so everyone could've had their own 2 seats.
