It was 35 people on the bus and a dog bus driver didn’t know where he was going continued to ask Passenger Ford directions

The bus was comfortable and the driver was very skilled
They let us off on the wrong stop. We were suppose to get off in 95th but instead they let us off downtown. And I had to get an Uber. I paid just as much for the Uber than the greyhound. Did I mention my daughter had her 4 month old infant with her which is why I tried to get her closer to her destination. Very disappointed.

The bus was okay...but the wifi is limited..thats not good
Greyhound is still one of the best ways in which I travel across the US. I enjoy their services most of the time. I was disappointed for the first time when I was told that the bus that was to take me from Ports Authority Greyhound Station at 10:15pm on Thursday 25th July, 2019 to arrive Detroit at 11:30am on Friday 26th July, had no driver to take us. I had a 2:00pm appointment in Detroit on Friday 26th July which I ultimately missed.

This bus trip was probably the worst I have ever gone on. The bus driver was getting directions from the guests, I’m pretty sure we drove in circles at one point, it smelled so bad, there was a drunk man flashing his light, there was another man yelling up and down the bus, and we ended up getting to Chicago 2 hours late. There was so warning from the drive about how late we would be, so my arrangements of where I was staying in Chicago got messed up because of how late I got in. Overall, it was a terrible and uncomfortable experience. I would not recommend the greyhound to anyone and would love compensation for what I went through.
My ticket said 7:30 but got there at 8:30
5 hour delay, no direct buses from detroit to chicago. Nasty greyhound station that looks like a homeless shelter

Overall a good experience. Seats were not recliner but were good. Not recommended for long journeys.
Bus was uncomfortable, smelly, loud. No room whatsoever, seats were awful. Staff was ok, bus on time. Still, terrible.
STAFF WAS SOME OF THE RUDEST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. GREYHOUND SAID MY TICKETS WERE UNAVAILABLE AND COULDN'T BE FOUND. I WAS TOLD "IF YOU HAVE A PRINTER IN YOUR POCKET TO PRINT THEM OUT GO AHEAD" OTHERWISE YOU'RE NOT GETTING ON THE BUS. WE WE'RE NOT ALLOWED TO BOARD THE BUS AND INSTEAD HAD TO GO ALL THE WAY BACK HOME AND DRIVE TO CHICAGO. NOW I AM OUT THE $200 I SPENT ON 3 BUS TICKETS, FOR THEM TO TELL ME THEY COULD NOT HELP ME AT ALL.
3 hours delays

Timing was not good, and the driver had stops that made the entire trip 1 hour longer.
No I'm satisfied thanks !!!
Yhe bus was one hour late
I'll never travel this way again to be disrespected and talked down to over a simple question.

I was treated poorly the staff was rude and not concerned about my safety this was the worst trip ever thanks to Detroit greyhound not to mention head of security told me the best thing for me to do is let everything go

My bus was 2 hours late, absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I will never book with Greyhound again.

No assigned seating so good luck sitting with anyone you travel with. And most people on my bus were in prison recently. Safe to say I am not going to travel with greyhound ever again.

Extremely rude staff at the Detroit station. Unless I get a free ride coupon in the mail; Megabus/Amtrak til I'm dead and gone.
The driver was very friendly
