Greyhound Detroit Cincinnati recent customer reviews
We left and arrived on time, but the power outlets weren't working (not an issue for me) and there was no Wi-Fi. Beyond that, it was a 6 hour bus ride.

My trip to Cincinnati was great, however the trip from Cincinnati back home to Detroit was terrible. The bus #6615 needs to be taken off the road. The bus was dirty and was shaking, the seats were uncomfortable and the air conditioning wasn't working properly. The bathroom wasn't clean either. The driver was able to get us to our destination safely. Bus #6615 needs to be removed from being used. I was very DISSATISFIED with bus #6615. Please discontinue use. It WILL give poor satisfaction to your customers. 😢

The lady at the desk didn't not let me check in first when my bus was just about done loading so that I was able to board and be on time. Instead when I finally approached her she said it was to late and that they wouldn't let me ride so I wasted my money
