Fast, not crowded. The only thing I don’t like is no WiFi on the bus
Wifi was down. We also waited a very long time at one of our stops because the people being picked up did not have their passports with them?
They canceled the trip and only informed us 2 hours after the expected departure time. It was already too late to find an alternative. We needed to stay in Detroit one night at our own expected. They didn't care about us. They provided a bus the following day which did a longer route, taking almost double the time that it should have had. Very disappointed...
Greyhound Lines offers the most comprehensive intercity bus services in the United States. They operate a modern, environmentally friendly fleet that serves more than 2400 destinations and carries nearly 16 million passengers annually. When traveling with them, you can expect free WiFi, onboard entertainment, bathrooms, power outlets and decent legroom. One of the great perks of Greyhound is that they connect big cities and smaller towns in the US, where you usually can't get to by train or plane. If you're looking for safe and affordable transportation, Greyhound is a great choice.

Not all the staff was helpful, ticketing lady wasn't really nice to everyone, was yelling and angry to every single person
The driver was a little rude I think. The delay was partly due to a conflict between the driver and one of the passengers, escalating into outright violence between the passenger and the driver and a security guard. As the situation calmed down and police came to the spot the passenger was still allowed on the bus, which seemed very inappropriate to me.
I think that this one was my last usage for Greyhound - departure of bus was 45 minutes later then scheduled time and arrived time was about 2,5 hours later.
Based on 2599 reviews, the company was rated 2.5 stars on Busbud. Travelers were especially satisfied with the ticket access and the departure location but often complained with the wifi. Book A Ride ticket prices on this trip start at $45.00
