Bus Tickets from London to Kitchener

The van arrived on time the driver was very curious my only complaint is the van was a little crowded. I had thought I would be on a big bus.The drive was good.

Intercity bus services have always left late from their scheduled departure time.

Homeless guy came onto the bus because bus wa s left unattended and stayed on for the whole ride

Bus was delayed 1.5 hours and no information was given to passengers about why until over an hour of waiting.

No wifi, no working outlets, no cup holders, ticket was overpriced.. Won't be booking a ticket with them again.

Intercity travel is pretty awful so it was nice to have this option and it ran on time. That said, the lights above the seats didn't work, the seat's reclining feature was either stuck or didn't work, the toilet was a tiny closet with no sink (not even hand sanitizer...) and the dropoff in Kitchener isn't really even in Kitchener, but at the Sportsworld Drive dropoff, so travelling into the city is a pain. Oh yeah, also the power outlet did not work :(

It was unexpectedly disappointed. There were 2 pick-up locations in London, ON and the bus didn’t stop at Western. It went straightly to downtown because I was waiting at Western Uni. That bus literally passed by my eyes. Then I had to run to downtown in rush without knowing where the exact location was. Luckily my friend spotted it and I went there right away to board. There was no any communication or notice about this issue. So please contact me asap since I’ve been very upset about the trip this time.

Super late, then hung around a truck stop for a break for 40 minutes when we were already late, super bumpy, bad prices

The ride was fine. However the driver told me I had to get my own luggage out of the hold. I am a 70 year old who walks with a cane. My luggage was buried under other luggage at the opposite side of the hold. If a very kind young lady had not offered to help me I guess my luggage would have gone on to Toronto !!

Absolutely horrible experience. Last week, the bus was delayed by 2 hours, and this week, it was 1 hour late for the 6:55 pm trip from London to Kitchener on November 3, 2024. Despite already being delayed, the driver still stopped to fill up on gas. Is this how trips are planned? Where is the commitment to passengers? Because of these delays, I missed all my connecting buses. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

Bus was a lil late arriving but otherwise great experience. Wifi on the bus was nice too.

The bus was very late. I was supposed to board my bus at 5:30pm and wasn’t picked up until 7pm. Communication was terrible. I was not notified the bus would be late 30 mins after pick up time.

Bus was ok, but its hour and a half late to our trip going to London and still counting… 😒

Book a Ride rescheduled the ride to later in the evening from the original morning time so I wasn’t able to ride with them and had to purchase a VIA Rail ticket

The bus was 30 minutes late so me and the other passengers had to stand in the freezing cold for an hour as we’re expected to arrive 15 minutes before our departure time. The bus that came was not the one I paid to get to Kitchener on, the driver was a bad driver driving fast and unsafely.
