My bus from Toronto to ottawa was supposed to be an express bus. We were making good time and would’ve arrived in Ottawa at 2pm. One man got on the wrong bus and spent most of the ride swearing and yelling because he was supposed to stop in Belleville. We were 2 hours from Ottawa and the driver decided to go all the way to Belleville for this one man, so then we didn’t get to Ottawa until 3:30. This made me late for work when I otherwise would have arrived on time.

Bussing from London to Toronto was a disaster given that the driver had no idea where he was going. Luckily the bus going Toronto to Ottawa hadn't left when we drove in but why have that stress, especially if you're travelling at midnight?
I was kicked off of the Ottawa to Toronto bus because the systems were down in London where my ticket was printed. Because of this I was asked to step off the bus in Ottawa due to an expired ticket. Will not be purchasing any tickets from this company in the near future if ever again.
Everything was pretty good.....bus was over an hour late but it was because of an accident on the road ....bathrooms in London greyhound station could have been looked after better...there was no soap in the women's bathroom ...but all in all pretty good trip...thanks !
