Everything was nice, the toilet is clean. But the volume to the drivers microphone was low We could hardly hear what he was saying. It was also boring for the long trip especially for the tourist without the wifi connections in this modern time

Ignorant driver, poor service, my fault for being late but no understanding whatsoever from the driver so he didn't open the door for me despite I was literally beg and show him the ticket, once the door has shut won't open. No humanity at all. Hey ho I've been late I paid the price. Hope he feels good being horrible.
