The drivers are helpful and efficient, ensuring on-time arrivals and providing information about stops along the way. However, some customers have reported issues such as closed doors before departure despite being early, resulting in missed appointments and additional expenses for ticket changes. Additionally, a few passengers mentioned that the coach could be more comfortable with warmer temperatures and footrests available. Despite these concerns raised by a minority of reviewers, many others appreciate the excellent service provided by National Express buses for its affordability and convenience in travel.
